A Kitchen That Still

We knead our own bread, pull mozzarella fresh each morning, and roll pasta to order. Sauces simmer from imported tomatoes and first-cold-pressed Sicilian olive oil, the same pantry our family has always trusted.

Pizza is fired the old-world way in blazing coal ovens. It's slower and harder, and it's the only way we know how to cook.

We knead and bake our own breads, pull fresh mozzarella by hand, and roll pasta to order every day. Our sauces simmer from imported tomatoes and first-cold-pressed Sicilian olive oil, the same pantry our grandparents trusted.
